RIP Jersey Bob - Sunshine Key FL
"Jersey Bob" or "Captain" Bob, a longtime winter resident, with his wife Charlotte, of the Sunshine Key RV Resort in the Florida Keys lost his battle with cancer last Sunday night.
For years Bob ran Gypsea Charters out of the campground and was very knowledgeable on the best spots for getting on the fish.
Like many during Hurricane Irma in 2017, he lost his Montana 5th wheel while it was in storage. After that things just weren't the same down there. He bought my old Class B and made 1 or 2 more trips down but stopped his guide service.
He wasn't a member on this forum but maybe some members met him over the years.
Bob was a very religious man so please remember him in your prayers.
