RV camping in winter?

The top of the iRV2 page shows a Class C motor home
parked in the woods. Two people are sitting in front of
a fire. And there's snow on the ground

Do people really do this? I know, I'm easy

I'd like to try it. With all that muffling snow, I'd be the silence would be awesome!

I'm waiting for the first SNOW , a few inches to cover the ground. I'll take my nephews and their boys. French Creek St. Park is less than 1 hour away, they have a couple of lakes, if frozen we'll try ice fishing.

No way. If you can sit outside and don't need ice to keep the beer cold, it's too cold.

It's a lot of fun and very invigorating. Here is a picture of me carving out a swimming hole for our campground in Alberta last winter.

Now that's funny!!!!!

By far the funniest response I've ever seen on any forum

PS: In my family that's considered "womans work", so DW does it.

It seems easier to heat a MH than to cool it. I like fall and winter camping more than summer. Less people around.

Can't say that in Florida. We go north to find a site if it's a spur of the moment trip.
