Half will tell you to take the money you spend for the extended warranty and put it in an account that earns interest for future needs as they arise.
The other half will tell you of the company that they selected and why.
The bottom line is which ever company you choose, read their contract from front to back and then read it again.
These warranties are written by lawyers, and not your lawyer.
Just because it says the transmission is covered it may NOT cover it if the trans cooler sprung a leak which is not covered which damaged the transmission.
Next these extended warranties are negotiable if they give you a price you can offer less, it's done everyday.
