I’ll just bet someone has purchased that wreck to be a remote worker. 🤔🤔

C'mon folks, stop being so harsh and narrow minded! Yes its BS that coach is in "decent" condition but $1200 really is scrap price or less. How about a young couple who has limited funds but has knowledge, talent, and desire and wants to own a MH? MH roofs dont get "tarred" so that wording indicates the seller is clueless. Perhaps they inherited this unit and just want it gone. I doubt the interior is in decent condition but who knows, maybe its not horrible. I bet with proper marketing and the right circumstances a person could make $$$ buying and parting this camper out too. $1200 doesn't buy much.

Decent shape
You will find that the term "Decent Shape" is used in by many items being sold. Everything from boats to houses to RV's. The term is clearly subjective and one man's decent shape is another man's junk. I do not think listing something as a complete piece of junk is going to get many lookers or a buyer.

I have to say I pretty much regret making this post. After reflecting some of the replies and not knowing the person behind the CL ad I have opened my eyes. My criticism of the way an ad is written and the item being listed is uncalled for. It is very judgmental and critical. I will take this as a lesson in life. Always keep an open mind, you never know the other half of the story.

Fellow RVers; The cabover seams don't look like they're split. Which is common. And the older TTs and MHs had aluminum roofs. Which I prefer. 2 facts to consider. Now, are the wheels 16" or 16.5"? SamG.

Good on you for looking inward, some of folk have little enough and this might be pretty decent.

Around here, the term "perfect for deer lease" means.........it's been leaking for years and we did nothing about it so it's all molded and it stinks but everyone that goes deer hunting stinks so you won't even notice.

Reminds me of my first moho though, a '76 Tioga, which was not nearly this bad, but was avocado green with green countertops too. I used to tow my race car to the tracks with it. My wife at the time spent months restoring the inside, including painting and repapering all interior walls, upholstery, counter tiops, carpet, drapes etc. It looked beautiful (on the inside) when she was done. People would walk in the door and be blown away that it could be the same moho that they just saw on the outside. I loved that old heap (the motor home, that is).
