You will have to check your local market. Call around or check the internet.

I pay $300 for all winter which comes to about $50/mo depending on how long it is there. I have seen reports of people in other areas that would be happy to only pay $300/mo.

For outdoors here in SC about 75 a month. I found a good place for 55 a month. Gated , lit, cameras and the owners live next door on a hill looking over it.

just got a quote for summer inside building for $50/mo. North central Ohio...seems very reasonable.

We keep our coach in an unheated building at a dedicated RV storage facility here in Northern IL. $190 a month, and that's pretty competitive for our area. There just aren't many indoor options around.

For us, it's money very well spent. Our rig still looks nearly new after 5 years of use. I can definitely see the difference when looking at similarly-aged rigs that have been kept outdoors.

Some of you are getting some darn nice deals.

I'm paying thru the nose here in Orlando for covered storage. $325/month for a covered spot (open air, just a big roof). It does have 15 Amp electric though and is far enough away from the woods that it is less likely to have rodents.

The good news is that it is north facing and I never get any sun on my trailer. I have a nice covered area to do work and can run the AC of the 15 amp line if I'm doing something inside.

The fellow I bought my Globetrotter from had it stored in a place near Richmond Virgina. He had a covered roof, but unlike where I am when it rains the water manages to pour on top of the campers. Instead of a nice concrete pad, they have crushed gravel which is less fun to work on. On the other hand, they do have 30 amp electric and a dump station and potable water. I don't have either of those. I think he's paying $100/month less than me with electric, so maybe $250.

I wish we had more options. A friend of mine has a large workshop in his back yard. Pretty sure it was a diesel delete shop and someone ratted the previous owner out and he sold the place. He has tons of room for cars and offered to let me store my trailer in there. Completely enclosed, 30 am power. Problem was it was a long, narrow driveway to back in. Also, I have 24 hour access where I am and I'd feel odd dropping by their house at 6 AM to pick my trailer up or dropping it off late at night. Good way to ruin a friendship.

We also have covered storage where you drop your rig off and they ferry it into a storage tent. Not climate controlled and you have to have them pull it out for you if you need to do anything to it. I think I have the best solution available to me other than buying a home and putting my own garage up.

In 2007 started out at $95 and then increases. The new MH required an extra 5 feet in the covered space with 110V so they started charging me $5 a foot extra. I'm now up to $230 a month....and when we travel for 3 to 5 months I still pay because if I don't I won't have a place to park when I get back. Long waiting lists.

This is gated with security cameras and good quality video.

I pay 165 per month for covered, it's 265 per month for enclosed if you can find it in Idaho Falls. No power, no heat.

I am paying $135.00 for open storage, no power. In 2016 at the same spot I was paying $46.00.

Just went up to this amount from $78.00. I checked everyone within 10 miles of me and $135.00 is the cheapest. That rate is available at a couple of other places.

I guess I'm lucky... western NY
$1100 / year cover but not totally enclosed includes power (as long as I only use a low A maintainer.
Plus for me location is also an auto / truck shop that does all my auto & most MH maint. I just submit a list and they git R done as fill ins which is fine with me.
