Question Sani-con Buddy system question

Recently purchased a Sani-con Buddy system for 5th wheel. The system requires battery power but cables that came with unit will not reach rv battery. I am interested in purchasing a small 12 volt with at least 20 amp power. Any suggestions you may have on brand and model number would be appreciated.

Why not run a wire from the battery or just tap into the 12 wiring under the chassis and use 12 plug for connections. One less item to store and maintain.
