Seajay - Knee replacement update
Well, I'm am so sorry to be the bearer of this tiding.
Seajay, the sailor, is kicking with only one leg AT THE PRESENT TIME.
I received an email from him, then I called him and here is the gist of it.
He had a knee replacement back in December. The knee got infected. They removed the knee and he said that he would look like a drunk sailor if he tried to walk. He has been on a continuous feed pump of antibiotics for 6 weeks. In about 3-4 weeks they are going to give him another knee.
He also said that he owes the love of his life a whole bunch of whatever she wants for taking care of him. You know how he feels about Willa. Myself, having had two ACL reconstructions, 1 knee replacement, two rotator cuff repairs and two motorcycle accidents can attest that the ladies in our lives deserve front row seats wherever they go.
I'll keep ya'll informed on Seajay's progress.

Akadeadeye, he's been on rvforum.net and he has a blog at My Life as I remember it and other boaring stuff. He hasn't posted on the blog in a while, but a lot of his stories are there.

Same for me with my Patty. Were it not for her I would have to be in a Nursing home. She is an angel X 10.

Wayne thanks for the catchup information. I can imagine the pain and misery Cecil has endured. "He said he would walk like a drunk sailor"? Humm, I thought that was just the way they walked
