Our flag is flying high as it does each day. It is joined with another to show respect for all who lost their lives on this day.

Myrtle Beach, South Carolina - My "Stars & Stripes" is flying high off our ladder. Blue sky .. beautiful day. God Bless America!
We remember and honor all the 1st responders that sacrificed so much in New York City, the victims in the Pentagon and the "Heroes" of flight 93 in Shanksville, PA. We also honor and appreciate those that over the past 10 years have paid the ultimate price to preserve our freedoms. We live out everyday by the grace of God and the efforts of thousands of dedicated people that allow us to routinely pursue our American lifestyle.
Thank you!

I wore my arms out waving the Colors on the overpass above I-40 at exit 125 for about 3 hours. Everything went fine for a while. Lots of friendly, respectful people for a while.
Nuff said for now....
God bless America...

I was surprised riding around today to see flag poles with no flag, and many flags raised to full mast. Some were at half staff by proclamation.
Here is one web site: Proclamation
Next year let's hope everyone gets it right.

You would be amazed if you quizzed the average American under 30 about flag etiquette. Not to mention their knowledge of the flag's history.
Forgot to quote Wayne M. This post was to address his post on the lack of proper display of the flag on 9/11
