We will be at Leaf Verde RV Resort on January 1, 2019. We go to the Pheonix
area every winter. It gets COLD in St. Louis so we go South.

Where did you stay for $1,100 or $1,200 a month plus electric?

We don't go for the winter but in the parts of FL and TX we visit the rates are no where near this amount. A couple of RV parks in FL that we visited a couple of years ago their weekly rate w/o metered electric was $200.00 (Normal daily rate was $50.00) or $550.00 for the month with metered electric.

When we head South in January will be staying about 3 to 4 days in each CG because wife like to ride, to see different things and we'll be gone only 3 weeks this year due to scheduling. Hopefully 2019/2020 Winter season will allow for the full winter. Looking forward to it.

Current DP is 35'9" with 2 slides. Haven't stayed in it for more than a week at a time since buying it but we have more than enough room, even when we just want to stay in and relax.

As to being in a 37' MH for 3 or 4 months was no problem for us. Our MH at the time did not have sides so was tight but we didn't just sit in it all day long, we were out and going just as we are when in our S&B.

Enjoy - Richard

Haven’t stayed st any of those. But the ones we prefer are that costly or more for Jan and Feb

That's for 6 months, on a lakefront site.
