So you have an RV?

So what do you enjoy most about RV ownership?

What do you like and not like about your RV?

What I/we, enjoy most is own bed and bath every night away from home .
Second is not being tied to restaurants for every meal, while on the road.

As for not liking, well, to get the things we do enjoy about RVing ,we’ll put up with a LOT

Cost of ownership is the biggest, but if like us, those who spend 5 1/2 months a year in their RV, compared to a month vacation in hotels and food out , our costs aren’t that much.

Best way to travel for anything hands down. Cost can be high but I do my own maint so that helps. Not rich but we do ok and can afford it so I figure enjoy life as you can’ Take it with you and the wife is covered for her lifetime even if I drop today. Hope to do more traveling when the wife retires in a year or less

Having both a home and an RV has been a blessing for us in many ways. With all the passing rain and thundershowers we lost all power and TECO advised a possible time 2 AM. So after the storm had passed I went and turned on the RV Generator as we live in the country. Once cool we jumped in to relax and watch some Sat-TV and made some dinner. Not doing a normal hotel run, during the virus was nice. The Power returned about 10 PM, but we should stay in the RV overnight.

Dis-likes not much really, maintenance can be trying at times, but so is the home maintenance with much more in the mix.

What we like most if being able to head out with our cats. several of them have health issues and are medications, (insulin, renal issues, neuropathy, colon issues, etc) it takes me about 20 minutes each morning to get their meds ready. I can't ask a pet sitter to struggle through that and then watch to make sure each eats his 'treat' to make sure each gets the medicine. So this actually frees us to be able to get away. Add to that the fact that for an hour or two I can work from wherever we are and I'm a happy girl!

Like....Home is where we park it. Love the freedom to travel and explore the country

Dislike... washing the beast. It takes us 2 days to get it done right.
