Taste of Full Timing

Well we will be full timing for the next 4 to 6 months but not even moving. Thanks to Mother Nature dumping 30" of rain just to our north and 18" here at the house we have lost our home to the floods. Our losses would have been less had the weather people been correct in the river stage forecast. They predicted a crest at 21.5 ft and had they been correct we would have had space as our home is at 23.1 ft Above See Level. But they missed it and we got 9.5" in our home. We did manage to save our clothing and accessories by lifting everything to the top of the furniture. We moved into the coach and have been there ever since. We did have flood insurance but we don't hear good things about it. Just have to wait and see. We will see if we like full timing now

Sorry you had to experience this. Happy you were one of the few smart enough to have flood insurance.
