Thanks to all you great people on this forum

Kind of a bitter sweet day here as I watched my s-n-l drive our Allegro Bay away. Age and health decided it was time for us to give up RVing. We have owned 4 class A's and put many a mile traveling around the country. The Allegro Bay was the best of them all. But we have the memories of all the good times and great people we have met in in our travels. This forum has been a invaluable asset to us and we will miss being part of the community.

Bye to all, Yarb

Why do you need to say good bye, can't you still hang here?

No need to leave; once an RVer, always an RVer!

Since you've owned 4 class A's I think you've got a lot of valuable information you could still share with new people and us seasoned RVers too.

Hang around a while.

It's so weird being the same age as old people.

I have to agree why leave??? You must have a wealth of info that you can share with others. For me...I would hang around for a bit.

As others have said, there's no reason to leave IRV2. We need the knowledge that you have gained to help less experienced folks along the way!

I don't see any reason to hang up your hat. Just because you've stopped RVing doesn't mean you have to leave. Stay, Those memories that you have made over the years can be shared with newer members and you can still live in the stories of members sharing their experiences. Besides you probably are a fount of knowledge for us all.

After 25 years of boating and instructing courses, we decided to sell our boat and leave the boating lifestyle last year.
Since then, I continue to receive many questions from other boaters, even though we are no longer directly involved.
I can see this being the same for you, and with all your years of RV experience, you are a wealth of knowledge and I would hope you will chime in on occasion and offer your comments.
