While traveling through New Brunswick and Nova Scotiafor about three weeks, I called the Ford Dealer in Truro, since it was the closest to us at the time. We had trouble with the A/C. By the time we got that repaired, under warranty, they told me my transmission was "shot'. We drivean E-350 Ford van that was only 15 mo. old and had slightly over 15K on it. We and drivenwith and without the TT over 2000 miles in 10 days with no transmission glitches, just no A/C.
I think they damaged the wiring when they fixed the A/C. Of course the dealer (Hollis Ford, Truro, NS, Canada) wouldn't admit to it. But they did fix it.
When they callde me to say it was finished and all was well, they didn't even want to give me any paperwork for what was done. Finally they typed into the computer at least some of what was done.
So if you are anywhere near Truro, NS, I would strongly suggest you go elsewhere for a Ford with a problem.
I amin the process of writing to Ford about the quality of service or lack thereof at this dealership.
