Before posting this kind of false statements on irv2, maybe you should do a little bit of investigating. Snopes says this is false. I believe what Snopes reports.

The car had a cracked windshield. Maybe he hit his head on it. Also he doesn't stop at stop signs. Not good for an RV forum.

I thought this forum was for Rvers and their travels or questions, etc. It is not for this crap that you are putting out here.
If you want to complain then go tell your government officials and not a bunch of RVers.
This site is called IRV2 and Complaint Department for Government finances.
