Helped along by her team mate no less. She sure is not having a good weekend so far. Maybe tomorrow she can bring it home in one piece.

I'm not switching drivers, but I am impressed the way she is handling herself. I've seen a lot of her interviews on speed channel and for a 29 year old " rookie " she's doing the right things.

I think she'll do fine. Let's all give her a chance and see how it plays out.

My wife and I were guests of Vitor Meira, AJ Foyt's driver, at the Texas Motor Speedway last year. Down in the pits, the talk among the male competitors was that they were glad to see Danica going to NASCAR (they knew about it, though no one had made an official announcement at the time) because she was a pretty fierce competitor, a brief flash of which you might have seen when her team mate nerfed her into the wall yesterday.

That's kind of an incomplete definition: a "G" is defined as an acceleration equal to the force of gravity. Acceleration is indeed defined as a change in speed with a change in time, but the term "G" or "g force" relates the acceleration to the acceleration of gravity - 1 G is the force of gravity; 2 G's is twice the force of gravity; etc. An object weighing 100 lbs, decelerating at a rate of 2 G's would have a force of 200 lbs acting on it.

Well, that could depend on the time of the month.
