Yes, it was real scary. I hope she has a good first full year in Nationawide. I don't think it fair to judge her abilities yet since she was driving a split season with the Formula 1. I have been more impressed with her than some of the women who tried Nascar in the past.

Just so there is no misunderstanding. Danica has driven the Indy Car Series for the last several years. She has never driven in Formula 1 as a competitor.

I wonder how exciting Nascar would be with all female drivers instead of men? I'd bet they would be brutal. Figure the temper. OH BOY!!
How come Nascar isn't in the spell directory? Did I spell it right?

Compare her hit with that of Dale Earnhart. Hers was substantially more G's. Her speed drop (G's) was from full speed to essentially 0 instantly. His direction of travel was perpendicular to the wall he hit and was considerably less. A "G" is defined as change in speed with change in time. Hers was much higher. She stopped dead, he slid to a stop.
JMHO as a physicist.
