We're probably nuts

Okay cabin fever finally got to us and we're definitely nuts but the Weathermen here said temp this weekend is going to be 40s and snow is still on the ground but you only live once. Sooooo seeing we got a new to us 2010 Tiffin Phaeton about a month and 1/2 ago we're going camping for a whopping 2 days for a shake down. Not going far just an hour out of town but we have been dying to take it out. So hooking the toad to it and heading out in the morning.

I resemble your issues. We're going to do the same with an older unit without a toad in the next few weeks. Best of luck on your shakedown!

Have fun!

Sounds normal to me.

We got you beat by a month, Took her up Northern Minnesota for a overnighter back on Valentines. Yes the CG has around 15-20 all season sites open year round. Ea site had Water, and all the other Benefits. We brought our own water because the MH is winterized. Furnace worked perfect and so did the electric Blanket. It snowed about a inch overnight, never heard it...
MH ran perfect up and back. Next trip back up north is in April for A "Friday Night Fights" Hoping the weather is warmer then
Go For It,
Tim

IT'LL BE MAY BEFORE I CAN DIG OUT!!!! Two foot of snow in the yard still and at least 3-4" of ice in the driveway so I CAN'T EVEN MOVE the MH till the ice melts. YES CABIN FEVER has set in in fact it set in back in Jan with all the snow and COLD we've had.

Not here. Mines never been on the road in the winter. Way too much salt on the roads up here. I wait till the roads are clean in the spring before the RV or the bikes venture out.

Good luck and enjoy. I was at the storage lot this morning and there's 3' of snow in front and behind mine. We're supposed to go camping the second weekend in April, so I hope it melts so I can get out.

WE'RE CAMPING!!

Got here this morning about 10am, only about 1 hr from home. Still have a few minor things to figure out but on a whole great so far.

We are now looking forward to our trip to Ft Bragg NC for 2-3 weeks (a vacation compliments of employer)

298 days to being independently unemployed
