San Diego...$1.90 + tax on Ketner at Washington.
Costco in Santee (yes Costco has bulk LPG at this one) was $1.66 a few months ago but too far for me.

$0.35 per pound ($1.47 per gallon) in New Holland, PA. No tax on propane here.

$3.99/ gal at the U-Haul in Seminole, FL. I also had 85 gallons at the same price delivered to my home tank by Suburban Propane Co. All has tax and environmental fees added.
It is very expensive in Florida compared to other areas.
