I'm a 737 Captain for a major US airline. I face FAA mandatory age 65 retirement on my birthday in March 2023, about a year or so away.

We bought the RV so that after retirement we can take a very long trip around this beautiful country of ours, seeing all the sights I have seen out the window over my 35 year career. I kept a logbook of them all with their Lat/Long, and I hope to hit each and every one of them.

I'm just now starting training to become a mortgage broker. We'll see how that goes. I hope to be able to do some of that from the road in our older but still beautiful Newmar Mountain Aire. Any mortgage brokers on here please PM me, I would appreciate the chance to pick your brain a bit.

I'm very much looking forward to retirement. Being away from home for 18 days a month for 35 years has gotten old, but I'll sure miss those jets.

Let's see now- 1. Master Abater ()- Utah County MAD, 2. surveyor()- Rocky Mountain Exploration (oil exploration) throughout the mountains of Utah, 3. professional wrangler () on a sheep-shearing crew in the UT/NV desert, 4. lots of concrete work for Clegg Construction, 5. chief electrician at Valley Presbyterian Hospital in CA,and 6. retired from Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mt. Home AR as a licensed steam engineer. Man, after reading all my wonderful employment history, sounds pretty exotic and exciting. Too bad it wasn't! Didn't pay worth a damn either.
