Question What do you call that thing ?????

I am doing some repairs to the flooring in the water compartment of my DP ... the center portion is occupied by a 22 1/2" x 14" plastic insert with a knock out for the sewer hose in the middle. I have searched 6-ways from Sunday (trying to bring back old sayings) but have no idea what to call this ... thing. Every search covers every other facet of sewer hose but not that pass through. I am considering painting the existing one but that won't last - I'd like to spring for a new one if I only knew what it is!!!

No search with hatches, or anything else, has turned up anything. RV place near me didn't know what they were called or how to find one. Viking Marine logo on the sewer knock out part turned up a defunct company. I'm going to have to bite the bullet and try and clean the thing up I guess.
