Home :-(

I am home in So. Cal with my great DW and BUCC the wonder dog wishing we were out on the road or in a great campground. Truly at this point after a long day I would be happy to be in the RV resting in a Walmart parking lot and mapping out our next days travel plans. It is good to hear about all of the fun times my fellow iRV2 members are having-- travel safe and have a littlle fun for the three of us.

In Key West , Fl., backed up to the Atlantic side. Just finished eating steak and fresh caught Florida lobster. The campground is a great little spot. Geiger Key Marina and RV.

We just arrived at Custer's Gulch. A 5 1/2 hr. trip took 10 hrs. It finally quit in downtown Custer. We were able to get it started after letting it sit and limped into the campground. It was s-l-o-w go all day with several stops
along the way. In the Cummins category I posted our problem the other day...."Cummins problem". We've since been to the Cummins shop in Omaha, but I guess to no avail (all day + a motel room). Read my post in Cummins. I don't want to hijack this thread. If you have any ideas, please let me know.

I'm at home dreaming of RVing...trying to decide whether to do a quick trip to a local campground... or just hang in there till our trip to Gulf Shores, AL scheduled for 3 weeks from today.

Catching up with the "Honey Do" list at home along with some repairs and maintenance on the coach. Can't work during the heat of the day with near 100º temperatures with humidity to match. Too old for that.

Probably meant Elma, WA. It's on US 12 (Olympia Hwy) west of Tacoma.
