Did some lot cleanup at our campsite in Thornburg, VA yesterday. Weed whacking and tree damage cleanup. No RVing this summer - hoping to get to Key West the end of the year.

At work in Charlotte NC at Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
DW is in Zephyrhills FL working in the ER at the local hospital with the MH.
In one month we have 6 weeks off and we are heading out west to CO, UT, AZ, & NV. Can't wait.

Carolinas
Just passed thru the Carolinas and I can't believe the trees. Zillions of trees forming a tunnel to drive through. New York City could be on the other side of all of the trees and you wouldn't know it. Savannah, Hilton Head, Charleston, Outer Banks were beautiful, but the pine tunnels one has to drive thru are not to my liking. Nuf said?

Camping just outside Skaneateles, NY. Skaneateles Lake is one of NY's Finger Lakes. We're going on a lunch tour cruise today. Weather is nice with high about 81 predicted today. Skaneateles is pronounced "skinny atlas".

Sitting on top on 300 acres of coal ash in Kingston, Tn. At work cleaning up this mess. Looking forward to the end of Sept when we head out to Virginia Beach for a week away from this mess.
