Willing to sacrifice...
Picturesque Winter-Wonder-Land property with almost daily show, freezing temperatures, and on a good day, freezing rain. Most often there are dangerous, nearly impassable roads. Only bothered by sun light between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., on a good day. Sometimes, if the wind cooperates, wind chills can reach -25F or better! With the right offer I might include snow blower and shovels. Offer only good till Spring.

I'd say you took off too much, snow blow dillegently the last 2 car lengths, 2 ruts for the remainder of the laneway.
