Smile 1974 Coachmen Cadet

I will hopefully be picking up this 1974 Coachmen cadet, wondered if anyone has and pics or information about it, as far as I know it needs a water pump, not sure where to look for one either , and they said there was a soft spot near the door to, any info about it please let me know, Chris

oh, my, well lets see, your talking "Auto" I know very little about engines,however this is a travel trailer so we can break it down to just 1, he said it was the water pump that goes to the water tank for the trailer, hopefully thats not a hard fix, I havent seen it yet maybe this weekend, so as far as I know, that water tank pump and a bit of a soft floor is all I have to fix on it, and hopefully its in as good condition as promised as well, not sure if the husband will help me work on this or not
