1984 London Aire
Her name is "Reva" and we are the third owners. We have the original log books from her grand days of going cross country when new. We are now looking to sell her. We bought her in 2002. Over the years she has served us well and hate to give her up. She is a class C and that upper bunk is a bit difficult these days.
I've heard that folks are looking for these vintage motor homes and we would really like for her to go to a good home.
Thanks,
Rita

Giving up a coach is almost as hard as parting with your sailboat....
With a coach that old (he says when his is a '79), you would do well to look to Tin Can Tourists. They are not just little trailers. They have a considerable presence on FaceBook and that may be the best place to start. There is also a website with "for sale" area that I know nothing about.
You can also post it on Craig's List with lots of pictures and that is free. Then you can link to it from other places. Just do not fall for a bogus check scam.

1984 Newmar London Aire
Hello,
My wife, Ellen, and I are the new owners of this wonderful London Aire Motor home that was located in Milford, CT.
The previous owners had the motor home for about 15 years, keeping it very well maintained and updated.
We have acquired extensive references, manuals, etc specific to this motor home and Ford E-350 chassis. Will gladly share any information.
In order to tow a toad, we had the chassis modified by Hitch King, located in Floral Park, NY. The owner, Adam, has extensive experience modifying motor home frames. He and his staff did and excellent job.
Hitch King, welded a 6 foot extension to the frame, creating an extremely stable support system. This will allow us to tow a 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport, easily and safely.
We are newcomers to motor home travel. Located in Eastern Long Island, we are currently trying to downsize our life, with a goal to travel 24/7.
Looking forward to communicating with other iRV2 members and fellow 1984 Newmar London Aire owners.
Alan & Ellen
