1990 Coachmen no fuel no spark
My steering says Oshkosh, but everything drivetrain is Ford. It’s cranking but not turning over. I have no fuel or spark present in the motor. I replaced the alternator and battery. After completing this, it wouldn’t produce spark of fuel.

Cranking and turning over are essentially the same. I'm guessing it's turning over but not firing?
Did it crank and run before you replaced the alternator and battery? If so you need to go back and start checking for clean tight connections, no wires dangling that didn't get hooked up, or wires/cables not hooked up correctly.
How did you determine there's no fuel or spark? Both were electrically controlled in 1990 so it's very important that statement is correct, you have 2 problems which might have a common electrical solution.

I was having starting and staying on issues prior to replacing the alternator. And it died on me on the road.
I checked the spark by pulling a plug and grounding it while cranking it. I check the fuel at the Schrader valve after multiple attempts to crank it, I also check the power going to the fuel pump with it in the on position, and I have no voltage going to the pump unit.

You need to go back over your battery and alternator installations, make sure all connections are clean and tight and all the wiring connections are correct. If it was running poorly but won't even start now you need to eliminate the basics.
How long have you had this? How long since it was last driven?

FWIW, Oshkosh used Ford drive trains in their chassis, that's why you have an Oshkosh emblem and Ford engine.

That’s part of my next set of plans to tackle this issue, I’m going to refresh/rebuild the battery connections. I’ve had it out on 4 trips this season, starting and maintaining power was an issue on all of them, luckily this one wasn’t a big trip. I purchased this in august of last year. I took it from Southern California to Houston and back 4 weeks after purchasing, I had the chassis battery die on us the first night, I put it on a trickle charger over night, and had no problems the rest of the trip.

I found the qc tags on it, they are dated in ‘89. Is this an f53 chassis? Or an Oshkosh chassis utilizing Ford drivetrain?

What were the QC tags for and what company?
Does it have a volt gauge? Did you watch it while you were on the road? I was wondering if it was low causing fuel and/or ignition problems.
Google the VIN and see what you come up with. Makes sense to me it's Oshkosh with the emblem on the steering wheel.
John Deere originally built the chassis until Oshkosh bought it. Oshkosh built them then sold it to Freightliner, which was bought by Daimler. A little history if it is Oshkosh.

Correct. And Oskosh DID use Ford 460's in their gas motorhome chassis (both front engine and rear engine). Caterpillar 3208 and 8.2 DD in the diesel in that era.

May be good to check multiple locations for spark. A bad wire or loose connection on a single plug is possible.

Somewhere in the back of my mind there is a warning against cranking an ECM  controlled engine with plug wires off. Was it one of these dated Fords?

Just a thought, does it have one of those fuel shutoff relays that shuts off the fuel in case of an accident. I've heard of them shutting off when they are not supposed to.

I was told if I ground out the plug I should have an issue attempting to crank, if you can verify otherwise please do tell.
