The fuel and ignition systems seem to have lost their power source. Fuses and relays come to mind first. It could be a common loss for each system such as the fuse the the control module. With no more wires than you had to deal with by changing a battery and alternator I can't imagine the installation is the problem. If the engine turns over you have power from the battery. It should run.

Yeah, I have multiple brains on this thing, I’m tracing everything from the ignition and fuel controls, trying to find a common point that there may be a bad wire of some sort. I jumped the fuel relay, and the fuel pump kicks on instantly. So it has to be something in wiring or a hidden relay that I haven’t replaced, I already replace what I believe to be the ecm relay.

I jumped the fuel relay, the pump turns on and the rail pressurizes. I replaced the ignition coil, I now have spark. Still not firing up.

So you have injectors have you test them and see if they work are they pulsing?? If they are not pulsing no fuel will be delivered even if there is fuel to the rail,.
