Question 1990 Mallard Sprinter vs 1989 Rockwood Ford Ecoline ?

I am new to RVing, looking to by my first MH. I will be using it as a place to work (artist) and take to weekend fairs - and to sleep when vending next season.
Looking for Seasoned input - I did see where the ford 460 seems to have manifold/heat/cracking issues - not sure if that was addressed and taken care of-how can i visually confirm? I haven't had a chance to see any issues related to the Mallard Sprinter or the Chevy Boeing

I am going to look at a 1989 Rockwood Ford Econoline, 28', 460 Carb, 80k miles, all new tires, new fridge, looks clean, claims it runs well, no issues... $6200 (It looks like there may be some moisture in the overhead) - $6200

Also, going to look at a 1990 Mallard Sprinter, 25', 102k miles, generator, back up camera, bathroom fan, fridge and freezer work, roof top AC does NOT work, already winterized (inside and outside look well taken care of and clean) $6000

There is a third, more questionable, a 1982 Chevy Boeing G30 5.7 V8, 53k miles, "rear brake lines have a slight leak and periodically need to top of the break fluid" and over-head cab interior wood "could" be replaced in corner, it says "see hole in pictures" Starts and runs well - $4800

I'd say those prices are on the high side. It may depend on your area/part of the country. If they are immaculate and serviced they may be worth that much. If a rig isn't decently clean then it isn't worth $5k in my book. If there is water damage on the ceiling or walls I would be very nervous. I'm definitely not paying $5k if I have to fix water leaks.

i am currently looking at the Mallard, hard no on the other two.... JD Powers has a list price of around 9k, then retail 3050-3650, i know they just did over 2k in service to it... also looking for service manual, parts info on the Mallad too (vin puts it as a 1989 ford cutaway van, e350, 138"wb, mfg f.37, v8 7.5 460) i specifically need info for the steering/gear housing

Investigate the leaks very carefully. The water spreads and black mold follows. If you see a little damage, there is more hiding underneath. (From one who knows by direct experience)
