1993 Seabreeze 31: Good news, bad news, need some advice
I bought a classic 1993 31' Seabreeze in Sep 2022 with 70K miles, and it has been wonderful for the most part. All systems have worked well. Tires we could see from the side were 14 years old, and the inners were probably older. Immediately replaced them. Everything seems to work very well, except part of one thing...
My propane heater worked fine, and the fridge works fine on propane, and the gas stove works fine. In just the last couple of weeks, when I turn on the heater, it works great for sometimes days, and then makes a horribly loud screeching then growling sound. Then it pops the button on the side of the motor (as accessed from the outside panel).
What should I do? Repair, replace, use a Mr. Buddy? Another option I haven't thought of? Don't know what it might cost for repair or replace, so if you have an idea...
Thanks in advance!
