1994 Beaver Patriot Trenton owner's

Hi all. My last update have been moved do I thought I'd just do it here since it's a vintage coach. We have had a little over a year now.and the old owner was a engineer for some company and was anal about the systems working right and really kept up on the coach and all the systems. So no complaints on those. Only issue was the smell of the interior.they had a small dog and smelled like ge had been wet alot. So we pretty much gutted it. All new paint and all the oak woodwork was hand scrubbed to remove any trace of smell. Then all new padding and carpet and then all new coach furniture.i have installed new outside cams to watch the sides and dead spots while driving. Been trying to get the headlights brighter. Dud the new grounds and it helped some but I think I'm switching to new headlights. And the next bug task us painting the outside of the coach starting from the bottom and working upwards.

A smell like that can also come from small long term leaks. They don't make it through to the inside but the internal wood stays wet and molds. They're hard to find but if the smell persists I'd start looking.

When painting start from the top and work down. If you don't when you're prepping everything from above will end up on the surface below you just prepped. When you paint you'll get over spray on the fresh paint and your hose will drag on the fresh paint instead of an unpainted surface.
