1994 Georgie boy parts. Need radiator fan

Hi,
I have a 1994 Georgie Boy Swinger (diesel pusher). I need the radiator fan part number B 461000. I am attaching several pictures of the fan and hub. The rear engine is a 1993 GM 6.5L Turbo Diesel. I just finished overhauling the engine and sorting out brake problems after a year and a half. It was running so sweet, and the brakes were working perfectly (I won't tell you how much work it was) then while on the last test drive a shop light, I didn't see on the walk around fell into the radiator fan. Grown (old) men don't cry, right? I would appreciate any help with this.
Thank you.
Jeff

additional info

I should also say that this is a Spartan chassis (EC2242 the Economy Chassis), so anything that uses a 6.5 in this chassis around 1994 most possibly uses the same fan. Thanks.
