1996 Tiffin remodel continued

One of the problems with putting plank floors in is how to get around the radius corners. The radius is two inches. I used a two inch hole saw and a bandsaw to finish off the quarter round.

The bathroom had carpet which I replaced with vinyl tile. The shower was angled so I used half inch plastic to make the base board. It can be carefully bent with a heat gun. The inside radius will wrinkle but can not be seen when installed.

I also made a slide for a freezer in one of the bays. I tapped into the inverter 12volt for power. The freezer is blue tooth so I can monitor the temperature.

Added sliding drawers in pantry. Better than shelves I think.

Nice work!

What was the total time investment in these projects?

Thanks for the comment.
I have no idea as to the time. This was done over a period of two months.
If you look at my other post there is a picture of my dash mod. That took me probably 10 days and I work about 6 hours a day.

I did a lot of other things I didn’t mention, new propane tank, 3 speed vent in bathroom, new table, replaced the trim around the slide with oak(original was pressed wood previous owner had painted) , painted roof and the list goes on. I don’t think of the time factor as much as I look at the progress made.

I spend a lot of time just planning on how to address the issues. Those stupid little corner pieces took about two hours to make each one and there are 5 of them not to mention the time experimenting to develop the process. Each corner is different and had to be custom fitted hence the time invested.
