What matters is the condition it is in today, not so much if it was well built or not 20+ years ago. My advice is to inspect, inspect, and inspect, the primary killer of all RV's is rot caused by water penetrations, sure some die from other things, but when it comes to the most common reason motorhomes end up in junk yards it is rot. Related and closely following is due to lack of maintenance.
