looking at a 2001MKD with 1 slide and 79,000 miles, looks in very good condition with a ISL Cummins asking $56,000.00 I'm thinking $48,000 is a fair price, any advice is appreciated

Find as many for sale as you can a year over and below. Seems like you have when figuring 48k in short search I did. JDpoweres will likely be low especially in older higher end models.
