What I always found interesting about some of those old Dodge van chassis Motorhomes is that they had dually rims on the rear, but stock van rims on the front.

My GM-based P-32 chassis '88 Winnie is pretty much like that - 10-lug truck type duals on the rear, 5-lug on the front - how do ya handle the spare wheel situation in a case like that?
