92 Bounder

New to RV's...I am trying to figure out the length/body style of my Bounder. It measures 35' from bumper to bumper. I am trying to figure this out to figure out which electrical schematic to go by. everything I am seeing points to a 34J but I don't know a J from a C etc. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Look around inside your MH carefully. You may find a "build sheet" on the inside of a cabinet door, in one of the cabinets, or on the bottom of a drawer.

I've attached a photo of mine that was on the inside of a bedroom closet door.

If you look at the top of the build sheet it says mine is a model " A32' ". It actually has the tic mark after the "2".

My MH came with a pile of paperwork including a few appliance manuals. The bill of sale and a couple of other documents says mine is officially 32 feet long... but a tape measure says it's more like 34 to 35.

I've not found a catalog sheet from 1985 or 1986, but the catalog sheets I've been able to find (from other years) they advertised a floor plan A in both Southwind and in Pace Arrow that matches my floor plan. I've not found a mid 80s Bounder locally to compare.

BTW I'd love to find an official DC wiring diagram from a 1985 or 1986 Southwind or Pace Arrow that shows the underhood wiring- I've still got 12v electrical issues.

I have not seen a piece of paper like that anywhere in the RV. The previous owner started a major interior renovation, so may have removed it to paint.

We also have a 1992 Bounder which is actually 33 or 34' although it is technically a 31.
I have a few electrical schematics although it is difficult to find Original manuals. We contacted Fleetwood without much luck to old they claim. However I have li molested a lot of repair and have a fairly good feel for the build. We just add a satellite dish and replaced the tank monitors with seeview. We will be headed south in a week for 6 week trip.
Have any photos of your unit?

Looks like it is in great condition. Do you have a widow in the bathroom? We do. But I think it was added sometime later. What engine chevy 454 or Ford?
Our bounder is currently in storage until 02/14/19 when we head south. I will provide pictures later if interested.

Yes it has a window. It has a Cummins diesel and Allison Tranny. Where south are you headed?

We plan to leave northern MI about Feb 11, 12. We will drive hard to arrive where freezing is not a problem
Will spend 4 days at Tybee Island in GA. Then down to Fiest Key.
Any trips in your future?

Check Ebay, to find an original brochure for sale. This will help determine a few things. Also do a VIN look-up to determine chassis information.
