Hi HELP i am looking to buy a new upper radator hose fo a ford 460. the repair shop said they can not find a molded hose.It is 6 inches to first turn then it turns toward drivers side then goes 11 inches and goes up a little. next turn is 7 inches and goes down to the motor. Should not be any problem getting formed hose for that. You should take a minute and verify the model year of your chassis. 1993 is the year the coach was sold. The chassis could be earlier due to being in coach builders inventory till built. All chassis parts should be ordered on your chassis year.

Your chassis is a model F-53 and likely a 1992 or 1993 year. I checked both and in the case of the upper hose, they are the same. Need to verify if your engine has a single AIR pump or dual AIR pumps. Commonly called smog pumps, they are fan belt driven.

In Dayco brand a single AIR pump uses #72752. A dual AIR pump uses #71318.

Both available on RockAuto.com or other suppliers.

A desperation move is to just take the old hose to a parts store and see if you can match it up to something they have in stock. Most chain parts stores have a main store that is more of a warehouse for the others. If you find and use one of those you will always have more to look at. For various reasons I have done this several times over the years with success and the parts people were always understanding.
