98 Southwind noise

this noise started after i bought this rig, noise is at exactly 38mph to 45 mph sounds like a vibration can tell where it is fron or back but will do it everytime you hit those speeds. any help?

Can you get someone to ride with you to at least narrow it down to front or rear, even better if they could determine the corner, or down the center like the drive line. Otherwise the choices are anything that rotates.
