This was clearly just dumped - littering taken to a whole new level.
Fortunately it’s already tagged and will be gone in a few days, but at the tax payers expense of course. I see this stuff in more populated areas, and there are homeless (more or less) camps of old RVs now in Sacramento and along I5 (don’t even want to think about LA
), but this is definitely new for our little corner of the world.
