Any one used GACO RoofCoat?

I have used Henry KoolSeal white roof coating on my RV's for decades. As long as you keep it cleaned and redo every year or so, it works OK. On a rental apartment I have that has a flat roof, a roofer told me to use GACO RoofCoat on all of roof and on flashing. Bought some and we have put on flashing and stopped leaks so far. Still have to put a total of three coats on flashing and two coats on field of roof, about 25' x 25'. This stuff is siliconized. So can never use anything else over it, only more of the RoofCoat. It is about $60/gallon.

Question, has anyone used this product. Supposed to last years. Thanks

We had the rooftop on our Damon done over 2 years ago now. They used Gaco on it and we will continue to use this anytime we want to treat the roof top. (They tried to keep the name covered up- but I made sure I found out what it was!)
You can see the "installation" at this link. We will do the treatment ourselves after watching them do it.

Thanks. Good to hear a user review. Two years seems like a good test of time. I know it looks good on the roof of my rental apartment.
