Automatic Transmission shift cable

Hi All...we have a 2000 Georgie Boy Landau with a 1999 workhorse chassis, P30. We are looking for a transmission shift cable and having trouble locating one. Ours froze up on us last week, could barely shift out of drive and had to settle on neutral then we blocked the tires.

If I had a life, I wouldn't spend my time chasing other peoples google challenges. What about this one?

I thank you for your inputs. We were running into a lot of brick walls. We had tried Autozone,Napa, O’Rielly’s, numerous Chevy dealers, a truck mechanic shop,a rebuild it shop, a transmission shop, an RV place in Oxford,Alabama (Where we discovered problem) told us they only service the insides of RVs. We looked on eBay. He ordered one from Amazon a few days ago with a delivery date of 8 Sept but doesn’t have high hopes for it. Right now hubby is soaking transmission cable in oil to see if it will loosen up.

Advanced Auto parts tried really really hard to help us out but couldn’t find a match.
We contacted Ultra RV Products and they say they have our part. As soon as we find out if Amazon cable will Not work or a soak in oil will Not make cable usable we will order from UltraRVProducts.

GM has discontinued all of the P30 shifter cables.

You may want to check with Mill Supply. They specialize in P30 truck and RV.
