Don't know without testing.
Remove jumper.
Read voltage on both big terminals. Should match each battery, but not the same.
Start engine and measure voltage again. If both are the same, solenoid good. All is working.
If not, check voltage on small terminal. One should be ground 0 volts and the other should read 12 volts.
If 12 volts and ground present, replace solenoid. If not, check IRD for 12 volts.
