A photo or your VIN would make it easier to tell. GM started using throttle body injection on the 454 in 1988, but they were still using carburetors for a couple years after depending on how it was ordered from the factory.

if the chassis is a 1991, it will be a TBI. We had a 1989 pace Arrow with a Quadra-SUCK carb.

GM TBI started with the very late 89 chassis so you doubtless have TBI. If you turn the ignition on look for a check engine light to verify you do.

Anything 87 and up would be TBI. Our 87 G30 Winnie was a TBI 5.7.
Same with our fleet of P30 Grumman pie wagons I used to maintain.
The 8th digit in your vin# should be a K, indicating 350 TBI.

I have a 1990 "P" series. The chassis was built in September 1989. It has a quadrajet carb in it. The model # on the carb is one that no one can find because it was one of the last of them. It seems that it was within a few months after that they went with the throttle body.
