This depends on what type of drawer slides/glides they have.

1. There will be a little metal lever on top of the drawer slide/glide that you either press or lift to "unlock" the slide. Press/lift it gently and hold in place while you continue to pull out the drawer.

2. There could be a black plastic "tab" mounted inside the track that you press down/lift do do the same thing

3. They could be the basic "Blum" type of slide/glide. With these, you lift/tilt the whole drawer up as high as it will go and then alternately pull back and lift/lower until the interlocking wheels disengauge themselves.

I just want to add something to the description on the type listed by quikduk as 2. These are what I have on the drawers under the closet on our 2004 Fleetwood Flair 33R. The "black tab" is in the track and they look like you should be able to push in on the tab, but what you need to do is pull the drawer out to its full extent and there will be a little black lever inside the track sticking out beyond the glider, but inside the track - just a little black stick. On one side you pull upwards on that lever and on the other you push downward and pull the drawer outward and it will come out. The little black tab on the end of the glider is the stop and the lever inside the track hooks on it unless you push or pull it. I think the action is opposite the action of the tab (I just did it, but I can't remember which was which.) Without quikduk's help, I probably would still be trying to open that thing @%#! Thanks, quikduk!
