Dumb question ALERT Again Long Post

I am Clueless about my new to me 1998 Damon Intruder.

Also FYI I am a disable 62 yo woman that most mechanics ignore.

:But I do have some basic knowledge of car repairs.

This RV is at the repair shop so I can't look at it at the stuff directly.

How do I find out
1. What the chassis number is? Where can I find the size?
2. The engine manufacturer? I purchased an RV maintenance manual but I am clueless on the engine size? Manufacturer?
3. What size batters are the house batteries (looked/took pictures) but the label/information were facing inward and I am not able to remove them myself.
4. Propane replacement tanks?
5. Generator replacement links?

1998 Damon Intruder.
Challenger, Daybreak and Intruder SERIES use Chevy/Ford
Ultrasports SERIES use Ford, Ford Diesel and Caterpillar

House batteries
6V...wired in series and have only 3 cell caps
12V.. wired in parallel and have 6 cell caps (2 rows of 3)

Propane tanks in MH rarely need replacement unless involved in accident/fire
Rusty can be cleaned/repainted
Manchester is one source of LP Tanks for MHs

Really gonna have to look at Data Plate that has VIN listed

Open engine compartment and look for engine info

Ask folks at RV Repair Shop
