Electric brake controller

I have a drw-tight activator II electric brake controller I think it went bad when I apply the brakes I get one red light dot on the screen Thanks for your help

It won't open that is what I needed yes the trailer was connected it a new trailer to me the controller did it on a another trailer may be they both have bad brakes so the red dot means no brakes connected?

Click on "Activator II Installation Instructions and Manual" in the shaded blue are in the top right.

Everything opens OK in FireFox 124.0.2 and I have some fairly good privacy settings.
