You flat out STOLE that thing for $9k.

I've noticed an uptick in pricing over the last few months. I'd be willing to bet those deals might not be found again for a while.

I put 3 new 8D batteries in it and it fired right up after I bought it,I had never heard it actually run when I paid for it, I replaced all the tires and every hose on it front to back ,new coolant etc.New stereo system, just little things mainly, refrigerator vent cover, changing out to led lighting. W e have had fun with it so far right now it is getting the windshields reset in new rubber they shifted some in the old molding so it's all getting replaces about 1400.00 but hey it is what it is. I still couldn't buy a cheap pop up for what I have in this now after windshields about 13.5k I feel if I had o unload it for some catastrophic reason I still would come out of it with a little. My nex big redo is going to pull the carpet out from the drivers area to the master bedroom door and put down a wood laminate floor,I'm looking at the Allure at Home Depot as it says it is waterproof. We have 3 dogs and I am a bull in a china shop so I need something more ''stump'' friendly than carpet.lol Here are some interior pics

Thanks for the pics - looks really good. I use that same logic / mental model on car purchases and houses also. Buy older, high quality built things and bring them back up to standard. It's fun project work and generally can get a great finished product for far less $$ than otherwise.

The Allure is easy to install and is waterproof and durable. It is lightweight compared to ceramic or granite. The downside is it will look and feel like vinyl or linoleum and sound bounces more than off carpet.
