Fresh water tank drainage

I just purchased a 1988 Holiday Rambler 29RB travel trailer which appears to be in really good shape. This is my first RV and it it came with no manuals. I have looked everywhere for the fresh water tank drain valve. Does anyone know where it is located?

Just a shot in the dark, but does it have a cold water low point drain? If so, perhaps it drains the tank too.
