Front air bags on 1993 Thor p30 chassis

I am having a difficult time getting the top spacer in. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do this?

It is fairly easy if you jack up the front end and let the springs extend, watch this video, it helped me considerably changing mine in a campground in the Ozarks. Note I did used a vacuum pump to roll up the new air bags, not the hot water method.

p.s. if you don't need to learn about rolling up and zip tying the replacement you can skip to about the 9:30 point.

I had the same problem. I used glue on one side of the top pad and positioned it carefully with a stick (not easy) and let it dry for ~30 minutes. That way you're not fighting both the pad and bag at the same time.
