Gas Struts for basement doors

My motor home is a 1997 Southwind 32V and I have some really lazy gas struts on the cargo doors. I have purchased a couple of replacements from NAPA but they are too weak. Not sure what I need in terms of lbs of support. Perhaps someone can recommend the correct rating for this home. My struts are 16 in overall. Got the Dometic fridge working today and my furnace. Installed two new mother boards and they are now working well.
Getting closer to a roadable home. Thanks for any assistance.

I purchased replacement struts for our coach from O'Riley's auto parts that really work great.

Good luck with your projects and safe travels

On my 1999, I replaced all of them. I think I used 60 lb on the large doors and 40 on the smaller ones. ALSO - The bed used 120lb
